Privacy
This note explains what Think Trellis Co., Ltd. collects when you enquire about a sitting, and how long we keep it. Revised September 2026.
Data controller
Think Trellis Co., Ltd., 27 Dunsan-ro, Seo-gu, Daejeon, 35233, is the controller. Email info@thinktrellis.click. Telephone 042-482-9015. Kang Subin is the person who answers privacy requests.
What we collect
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, the sitting you want, a preferred date, and a message about the instrument or the question you want to study. If you telephone, we keep the same details in the booking note. We do not ask for a resident registration number, an account number, or details of your positions.
Why we keep it
We use those details to answer you, to hold a seat, to send the Friday instrument note, and to keep a record of payment for the company’s books. The legal bases are your request before a contract, the contract itself once a seat is confirmed, and our accounting duties under Korean law.
Retention
Unconfirmed enquiries are deleted after 24 months. Confirmed bookings, including the transfer record, are kept for five years to match our bookkeeping. Participation logs you take home are not copied into our files unless you ask us to quote a line, as Park Minseok did, and then we keep only the quoted line with your written permission.
Your rights
Under the Personal Information Protection Act you may ask to see the details we hold, to correct them, to delete them, or to limit how we use them. We may keep a record we are legally required to retain even after a deletion request. Write to info@thinktrellis.click. We answer within ten business days. You may also complain to the Personal Information Protection Commission.
International transfers
Staff read enquiries in Daejeon. We do not send the form contents to a processor outside the Republic of Korea. The site loads typefaces from Google, which receives your browser’s ordinary connection data as described on the cookie page. That request is separate from the enquiry form.
How the form is stored on this site
The public website stores the form submission only long enough to show you a confirmation on the page. A copy for the room is taken from the email we send ourselves when we process the note. Do not put secrets in the message field.
