Terms of study
These terms cover sittings booked with Think Trellis Co., Ltd. They were last revised in September 2026.
Who you are booking
Think Trellis Co., Ltd. teaches technical analysis in a chart room at 27 Dunsan-ro, Seo-gu, Daejeon, 35233. Enquiries go to info@thinktrellis.click or 042-482-9015. A sitting is confirmed only when we accept it by email and, where a fee is due in advance, the transfer has arrived.
Acceptance
Sending the enquiry form, paying a holding amount, or taking a seat means you accept these terms and the refund note. If you book on behalf of someone else, you confirm they know the date, the fee, and the rule that phones stay in the tray.
What the sitting is
Clinics, morning hours, and reviews teach people to read volume and market participation on printed charts. You leave with notes and, in the clinic, a marked packet. Buying and selling decisions stay with you and with the broker you already use. We do not place orders, and we do not manage money.
Intellectual property
Printed packets, the participation log layout, and the wording on the board belong to Think Trellis Co., Ltd. You may keep your marked copy for your own study. You may not reproduce the packet for a class, a paid note, or a public archive. Notes you write in your own words are yours.
Conduct in the room
Five seats in a clinic and four at the open are the limit so that each person can read a note aloud. We can refuse a seat, or end an evening, if someone records the room, canvasses for tips, or speaks over the person whose turn it is. The fee handling in that case follows the refund page.
Liability
Chart reading is a skill with room for disagreement. We are responsible for running the sitting as described and for keeping the room in ordinary safe condition. We are not responsible for trading losses, missed fills, or decisions you make after you leave with the packet. Nothing on this website is a solicitation to buy or sell a security.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are brought in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Daejeon, unless a mandatory consumer rule requires another venue.
Changes
We may revise these terms for future bookings. A sitting already confirmed keeps the terms that were in force on the confirmation email.
