Refunds and cancellations
These rules cover the Volume Participation Clinic, the Morning Tape Hour, and the Marked Volume Review. They were revised in September 2026. Write to info@thinktrellis.click or telephone 042-482-9015 to start a request.
Clinic seats
The holding amount is ₩80,000 and is applied to the ₩420,000 fee. If you cancel seven or more days before evening one, we return everything you have paid. If you cancel between three and six days before evening one, we return half of what you have paid. Inside 72 hours of evening one, the holding amount stays with the room because the packet has been printed and the seat cannot be offered again in time.
After a clinic has started
If you have attended evening one and then withdraw, we refund the unused evenings on a pro-rata split of the fee across four nights, minus the holding amount if it was already inside the 72-hour window. Printed packets already handed to you are not refunded as a separate item; their cost sits inside the evening you attended. Evenings you missed without notice are treated as attended for the split.
Morning tape hour
Cancel before 18:00 on the previous day and we return the ₩110,000 in full. After 18:00, or if the seat is empty at 09:00, the fee is kept. The open cannot be rerun later the same morning.
Marked reviews
You may move a review once if you write at least 24 hours before the hour. A second move, or a no-show, keeps the ₩150,000. If you arrive and the review begins, the fee stands even if you decide the notes need less time than ninety minutes.
When we cancel
If Kang Subin or Bae Nari cannot lead the sitting, or if the room cannot open, we offer another date or a full refund of what you paid for that sitting, including any holding amount. The choice is yours, written by email.
How a refund is paid
Refunds go back to the account that paid, by bank transfer, within ten business days of our written agreement. We do not refund to a different name without a short note from the original payer. Send the request from the email we have on the booking.
Rescheduling a whole clinic
A clinic runs as four fixed evenings. We do not move a single student onto a later pair of nights in the same month. If you need a different set of dates, cancel under the timing rules above and enquire for the next clinic on the ledger.
